It’s easy to exclude folks from your call lists who are marked “Do not phone” or “Do Not Email“. What about folks without numbers who aren’t marked “Do not phone”?
We need to do a search to find everyone without a phone number who is NOT yet marked “Do not phone”. Then we want to mark them “Do not phone” OR put them in a smart group.
We can find all of these folks in Search Builder. Using Search Builder can take some learning, but if you just copy the values from the image below, you’ll be able to pull this list.
Go to Search > Search Builder. Enter the values below in Search Builder. The first line is looking for all individuals with no primary phone number. The second line is looking for individuals who are NOT marked “Do not phone”.
Once you have this list, you can save it as a smart group if you want to do something with those individuals later. You can also just exclude folks from your calls lists (see link above for instructions).
