How do we measure success? Whether we’ve finished our fundraising campaign, held our event, or sent out our mass email, we want to see how we did. With a basic understanding of how reporting works in PowerBase, we can produce meaningful reports that allow us to measure our efforts
In this one-hour training we cover a few topics that will help us to measure efforts in PowerBase. We will:
- Learn when to use a report and when to do a search.
- Learn the difference between a report, report template and report instance;
- Learn the two steps to configuring a report: selecting the report criteria and defining the report settings
- Add a report (dashlet) to your dashboard
